Delivery of ready-to-use audio files
Voice-overs are delivered edited and finalized as *.wav 32-bit, 48/44.1 kHz files, recorded chronologically according to your provided script.
When the file(s) are ready, you’ll receive an email with a download link valid for 30 days. By default, delivery is in *.wav format according to the above specifications, but other formats can also be provided upon request.
Incorrect pronunciation, reading errors, or similar issues will of course be corrected free of charge. Revisions or additions to an already recorded and completed project, however, will be billed as a new order.

Often asked questions and answers
What does “full commercial rights” include?
When you order voice-overs from us, they always include full commercial rights, also known as broadcast rights. This means the voice-over can be used for your company on websites, social media, and similar channels, for both paid and non-paid advertising. This way, you’ll never run into rights issues. At PROJECT NEXUS, buying voice-overs is meant to be easy and flexible.
Is there a time limit on how long the rights are valid?
No! Often, when voice-overs are ordered elsewhere, the rights are only valid for a set period, such as 1 or 2 years. This is not the case with us! When you purchase a voice-over from us, you receive lifetime rights, so you can use the voice-over for as long as you need. We believe this is the best option and, above all, the most transparent approach!
Can I get other formats than *.wav?
Of course. By default, we deliver in 32-bit *.wav format to ensure the highest possible quality, but if you need, for example, MP3 or any other format, just let us know and we’ll make sure you get exactly the format you need.
How are the final files delivered?
When the order is delivered, a link to our cloud service will be sent, where you can access the voice-over. Usually, a few versions are recorded and included in the same file, but it can also be split into multiple files if needed. All links are valid for 30 days, but can easily be reactivated if required.
Is it possible to get a "live" recording session?
No. As a standard, voice-overs are delivered in the evening, as this works best since this business operates alongside a full-time job. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible for clients to join the recording session via, for example, Skype or similar. Since we provide fast day-to-day delivery every day of the week, we don’t feel this service is necessary.
How does payment work?
Once the final voice-over has been delivered and approved by the client, an invoice will be sent with a payment term of 8–14 days. This applies to both business and private clients.
Is it possible to get a custom made offer instead of choosing a package?
Yes, of course. If you have a project that doesn’t fit within the currently available packages, or if you want to combine packages, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll put together a great offer that fits both your budget and your deadline.
Is there a possibility for a discount if I have several recurring projects?
Yes. If you regularly have video projects that require voice-overs, we can offer a volume discount. However, this requires a discussion about the expected volume and how much voice-over will be needed each time.
